Meet the Team
We're data operations experts who got tired of watching companies overpay for slow, manual data work.
Background
Most of my career revolves around sales, marketing, and data. From globally recognized products like Salesforce and Microsoft, to startups nobody had heard of.
At Microsoft, I focused on Dynamics CRM and Azure AI/ML, and built machine learning algorithms for enterprise customers.
I was at Snapdocs from Series A to D (backed by Sequoia, Founders Fund, Y Combinator, Tiger Global). Then led sales at Datajoy, a BI infrastructure company that was acquired by Databricks a year later.
Since that acquisition in 2022, I've been building in generative AI.
Why I Built Verum
I watched sales teams waste millions on bad data. Reps dialing disconnected numbers, emails bouncing, the same contact sitting in the CRM four times. And companies paying an agency $12,000 and waiting six weeks for work that should take days.
The data services industry has been overcharging and underdelivering for too long. Their model was simple: bill by the hour, work slowly, scope creep every project into a five-figure engagement. No incentive to work faster. Slower meant more revenue.
That model is dead, and I killed it with AI.
Verum uses AI agents purpose-built for data cleaning, enrichment, and analysis. They understand contact data, company hierarchies, job title normalization, and the dozens of other problems that plague CRM databases. The work that used to take weeks now takes hours, and the bill that used to run $10,000+ now lands in the hundreds.
