Headquarters Enrichment

Your CRM says they're in 'New York' — but is that Manhattan, Brooklyn, or a WeWork in Jersey City?

Headquarters Enrichment

Headquarters enrichment identifies and verifies the primary office location for each company in your database. We distinguish headquarters from branch offices, validate addresses against postal records, and append geographic metadata (metro area, county, state, time zone) for territory planning.

Company location data in CRMs is notoriously unreliable. Addresses are entered inconsistently, companies list their registered agent's address instead of their actual office, and relocations go untracked. For territory assignment and geographic targeting, you need accurate HQ data — not whatever was typed into a form three years ago.

Common Questions

How do you handle remote-first companies?

Remote-first companies typically still have a legal headquarters — usually where the company is incorporated or where the founder is located. We identify that address and flag the company as likely remote-first based on signals like job postings mentioning 'remote' and employees distributed across many locations on LinkedIn.

Can you provide time zones for each company?

Yes. We map each headquarters address to its time zone, which is useful for sales teams coordinating outreach timing. For companies with multiple offices, we provide the HQ time zone by default but can include all office time zones if needed.

What about companies incorporated in Delaware but operating elsewhere?

Very common. We don't use incorporation address as headquarters — we identify the actual operating headquarters where the leadership team works. A company incorporated in Delaware but with their team in Austin gets listed with Austin as their HQ.
