Unlike email guessing tools that generate a format and hope for the best, we verify every address at the mail server level before returning it. You found the right person on LinkedIn. You know their name and company. But LinkedIn InMail has a 15% response rate on a good day, and connection requests go ignored. You need their email address. How Our Email Finder Works
- Input matching. You provide the person's name, company name or domain, and optionally their title. We use all available identifiers to find the right person.
- Pattern-based discovery. We identify the email naming convention at their company and generate the most likely email address based on that pattern.
- Database cross-reference. We check our multi-source database for known email addresses associated with that person and company combination.
- Server-level verification. Every candidate email address is verified through SMTP validation to confirm it exists and can receive mail before we return it.

How is this different from email guessing tools?
Email guessing tools generate an address based on a pattern ([email protected]) and give it to you without verifying it exists. Our email finder verifies at the mail server level before returning results. The difference shows up in your bounce rate: guessing tools produce 15-25% bounces, verified results produce under 3%.
What if you can't find an email for someone?
We tell you. Not every contact has a findable business email — some companies have no web presence, some use unusual email systems, and some people don't have a business email that appears in any database. We report the exact hit rate for your batch so you know the coverage.
Can I submit a bulk list or is this one at a time?
Bulk is our standard. You send us a CSV or Excel file with names and companies, and we return the file with verified email addresses appended. Typical turnaround is 1-3 business days depending on list size. We don't charge for contacts where we can't find a verified email.
