Enterprise sales requires reaching executives, but executive contact data is the hardest to find and fastest to go stale. C-suite turnover averages 15-20% annually. The CEO email in your CRM from last year might belong to someone who's been gone for six months. Generic info@ addresses don't reach decision-makers.
How We Find C-Suite Contacts
- Executive identification. We identify current C-suite members at each target company using SEC filings, LinkedIn, press releases, and company website leadership pages.
- Contact discovery. For each executive, we find direct email addresses (not generic company emails), direct phone numbers, and LinkedIn profile URLs.
- Verification and recency check. We verify that each executive is still in their role and that contact information is current — not leftover from a previous position.
- Reporting structure context. Where available, we identify the executive's direct reports and board relationships to map the decision-making structure.

For companies with 50+ employees, we typically find verified C-suite contacts for 70-80% of accounts. Smaller companies are harder because executives may not have a public digital footprint. Hit rates also vary by title — CEO and CTO are easier to find than COO or Chief Revenue Officer.
How do you verify that an executive is still in their role?
We cross-reference multiple sources: LinkedIn profile (current position), company website leadership page, recent press mentions, and SEC filings for public companies. If sources conflict, we flag the record as unverified rather than guess. Executive turnover is high enough that single-source verification isn't reliable.
Can you find executives below the C-suite?
Yes. VP-level, Director-level, and other senior leadership contacts are available through our standard contact enrichment. C-suite enrichment specifically focuses on the top executive tier, but we can expand the scope to include VPs and Directors in specific departments.
