Do you match personal or company social profiles?
Both. For contact-level records, we match to personal profiles (individual LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). For company-level records, we match to official business pages and accounts. You can request one or both depending on your use case.
What's the match rate across platforms?
LinkedIn has the highest match rate for B2B professionals (65-80%). Twitter/X matches at 30-50% because not all professionals use it. Facebook matches at 40-60% for companies (business pages) and lower for individuals. Instagram is strongest for B2C brands and consumer-facing businesses (50-70%).
