It depends on what you send us. If you have company domains, match rates are typically 70-85%. Company names alone match at 50-65% because of variations in how companies are named. Adding any second identifier (domain, phone, address) jumps match rates significantly. We report exact match rates for your specific file.
How is this different from buying a new list?
Enrichment builds on your existing data — your CRM contacts, your pipeline accounts, your customer list. A new list gives you new records but doesn't improve what you already have. Enrichment fills gaps in records you're already working, which means your reps and campaigns get better data on accounts they're already touching.
Can you enrich data in our CRM directly?
We work with exported files (CSV, Excel) and return enriched files in the same format. We don't connect directly to your CRM because direct API integrations risk overwriting data your team entered manually. You control what gets imported back and what doesn't.
